This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work and is comfortable working in a variety of conditions outside of a traditional manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Shuck, sort, and package ears of corn for wildlife feed Inspect products to ensure company quality standards are met Lift and move materials up to 40 pounds Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Complete other duties as assigned Qualifications and Requirements Great attendance and positive attitude Ability to lift up to 40 pounds regularly Comfortable working extended hours in varying conditions Ability to work independently and with a team Benefits and Perks Weekly pay Medical, dental, and vision insurance options 401(k) Direct deposit Referral bonus program
