Cannabis Trimmer — Experienced Applicants Only

We are currently hiring experienced Cannabis Trimmers with active OMMA Employee Credentials to join our team. This position requires individuals who can maintain production standards while preserving product quality in a professional cultivation environment. If you already have trimming experience and take pride in clean, consistent work, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities Hand-trim cannabis flower after the drying and curing process using precision trimming tools Maintain consistent production standards (approximately 3 lbs per day depending on product quality) Organize and separate material into designated bins for buds, trim, and stems Assist with harvest tasks including denugging, breaking down harvest rooms, trimming, and sanitation Maintain a clean and compliant workstation throughout the workday Follow all OMMA compliance, facility protocols, and company policies What We're Looking For Previous cannabis trimming experience required Ability to work efficiently in a production-based environment while maintaining quality Strong attention to detail and clean trimming technique Positive attitude and strong work ethic Reliable team player who can also work independently Ability to receive feedback and improve speed and consistency Strong communication and organizational skills Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Requirements Active OMMA Employee Credential (required) Must be 18 years or older Valid state-issued ID or driver's license Ability to pass a background check (no felony convictions) Reliable transportation Ability to sit, stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods If you are an experienced trimmer who can meet production expectations and maintain quality standards, we encourage you to apply.
