At Antica Terra Barrel Hall we offer one of the most special lunch experiences in the country. It's rare to work with such amazing products and have the space to dream big, to move through the unimaginable and ultimately to channel the transformative thread between wine and food in every plate, every intentional movement.

June through September, we open our Table in the Trees, inviting al fresco dining for those who want to further stretch and dig into our offerings while soaking in the tranquility of nature in the woodlands crowning Antica Terra. There is a magic like no other to this place and a gift to be part of the complex ethos that makes it all possible.   • Seasonal Sous Chef is responsible for management support of the team, including but not limited to kitchen inventory/costing/menu execution in conjunction with a high finesse of palate in tandem with varied dietary needs of our clientele. This candidate must be a team leader and advocate for finding the highest answer.
  • Tournant/Commis is responsible for light product procurement from our farmers, prep support and daily menu execution.
Light dish support. This candidate must be clean, organized, efficient + work diligently to minimize waste. Knife skills are a must. Three to five years fine dining are preferred but not required..............................................................................................................................................................
  • Weekends are non-negotiable as they are our busiest time for reservations in both the Barrel Hall and The Table in the Trees. Thursday to Monday.
  • PT/FT Seasonal Hours of 16-30hrs weekly, plus tips...competitive pay...minimum two days a week, up to five days. Please plan for a minimum of six to eight hours a day on-site and up to ten to twelve hours on our busiest days.
  • For the right spirited candidate, this position may have an opening to stay on with us annually.
  • If commuting from Portland, it is a little over an hour drive- no getting around this but it's so worth the commute.
