Production Team Member - Full Time Encore Ceramics -

Starting at $16.00/hour Encore Ceramics is hiring full-time Production Team Members to join our manufacturing team. These roles are essential to our success and involve hands-on work in a fast-paced, high-quality ceramic production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Follow all company safety protocols and regulations Learn and identify product lines, colors, and designs Master job-specific paperwork and processes Monitor product quality and identify defects Maintain a clean and safe work area Collaborate with team members and adapt to changes in production Perform general duties and special assignments as needed

Requirements:

Ability to stand 8-10 hours daily Able to lift 50-100 lbs regularly and push carts up to 70 lbs Strong attention to detail and product standards Effective communication and problem-solving skills Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision Open to learning, adapting, and taking on challenges Must maintain consistent attendance and confidentiality
