Must be available for and willing to work night shifts for weekdays and weekends (we close at 9pm and you will be out by 10pm, usually) FOH
• 21 years of age or older highly preferred. We have a full bar, but experience as a bartender is not required. Experience working Front of House in a counter service or table service restaurant IS required. Experience with utilizing a POS system to enter orders, a must. BOH
• Experience in a high-volume kitchen environment.

Ability to cook meats to temperature and work under pressure. Knowledge of food safety and allergen protocols. Strong attention to detail and a passion for high-quality food. Ability to work quickly and efficiently. A positive attitude and willingness to collaborate with team members. We focus on healthy food and high quality casual service.
