Shift:
10pm-6am (Flexibility for 12-hour shifts (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM) is required) The Role Are you a detail-oriented professional with a knack for precision? We are looking for a Batcher to join our production team. In this role, you'll be the "chef"of our facility—weighing, measuring, and combining raw materials to create our signature beverages. You'll ensure every batch is perfect by conducting quality tests, maintaining a sterile environment, and working closely with our Quality Control team. What You'll Do (Responsibilities)
Precision Mixing:
Weigh and measure materials, combining them in tanks according to exact recipe specifications.
Quality Control:
Perform routine tests (under QC direction) to ensure mixtures meet property and consistency standards; record all test data accurately.
Safety & Compliance:
Prioritize Food and Human Safety daily. Follow all GMP, health and safety regulations, and PPE policies.
Operational Excellence:
Calibrate machinery, adjust recipes as needed, and interpret safety/maintenance manuals.
Sanitation:
Maintain a sterile work environment. Keep the production line and equipment organized and sanitary, including end-of-shift waste removal.
Integrity:
Monitor ingredient storage to prevent spoilage and report any signs of product tampering. What We're Looking For (Qualifications)
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
Experience:
• 1 year operating high-speed production machinery. 1 year monitoring product quality in a manufacturing setting.
Physical Demands:
Ability to lift 50 lbs repetitively and work comfortably in a variety of temperatures.
Skills:
Proficiency in fundamental math and basic computer use.
Communication:
Strong verbal communication and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Availability:
