Job Description

High School Diploma or GED required 2-4 years' experience in a similar role (baker, soap maker, vet tech) Effective interpersonal and written communication skills Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively Excellent organization skills Must have reliable transportation to work in Castle Rock, CO
RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate with store owner to develop weekly production plans and determine workflow Maintain inventory levels of all product ingredient and packaging requirements within a specific range Develop and maintain storage plans for easy access to ingredients and production appliances Ensure products are made and packaged in a timely manner and in accordance with company and Amazon requirements and meet quality standards Maintain safe and clean production and storage area Remain knowledgeable on all products Directly supports the Store owner with all phases of store operations Communicates solutions, suggestions, and ideas to make changes for the better
