This role is critical to ensuring efficiency, compliance, and accuracy in behind-the-scenes functions that enable our front-line teams to deliver excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain operational systems, processes, and records. Handle inventory, supplies, and vendor coordination. Support compliance, administrative, and financial tasks as assigned. Ensure work areas, equipment, and systems are organized and functional. Collaborate with front-of-house teams to ensure seamless workflow. Troubleshoot and resolve operational or logistical challenges. Uphold company policies, procedures, and safety standards. Qualifications Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Attention to detail and ability to work independently. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
