Compensation and BenefitsStarting Wage:

$18/hour.

Health insurance: Aetna Coverage, with Vision and Dental included. $140 monthly premium for qualifying full time employees.

Paid time off: Paid time off is available after 1 year of employment for full time employees.

Key Responsibilities:

Plating desserts and breads for nightly dinner servicesMaintaining inventory pars on all products affiliated with your stationProducing station prep and ensuring the result is always consistent Setting up and breaking down your stationBalancing production for service, events, and prep items.

Alerting chefs of products that we are low onEnsuring quality product while maintaining organization and cleanlinessHigh volumeEvent set up and break downLine detailing and cleaningAbility to maintain a sense of urgency with attention to detailAbility to develop proper time management for tasks
