Responsibilities Summary/Responsibilities of this position:

Accountabilities of this position include: Assists market personnel in basic duties as needed. Participates in receiving all merchandise Participates in trimming, scraping, and traying of knife ready cuts of beef, pork loins, and other pork Processes items such as ground meats, beef skirts, stew meats, cube meat, and fresh fish. Blocks display cases Cleans/sanitizes processing area, storage cooler, and equipment daily. Cleans fresh and frozen multi deck and coffin cases. Wraps meat for meat counter and special orders.

Requirements:

Eighteen (18) years of age or older Power jack Training OJT (201 - 204) Fast paced and requires detailed work and precision

Physical Requirements:

The noise level in the work environment is moderate Lift and carry moderately heavy loads (40-60lbs) Bend, Reach, Push and Pull While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts and extreme cold and heat and high tech chemicals The Partner is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions 11-2012
