Head of Production

Position overview Stella's Ice Cream is seeking a dependable, organized, and hardworking Head of Production to oversee the preparation and distribution of all ice cream products across multiple store locations. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day production, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring products are delivered efficiently and consistently. Key Responsibilities Produce and prepare all ice cream products according to Stella's recipes and quality standards Manage production schedules to support multiple store locations Monitor and maintain inventory levels for ingredients, supplies, and finished products Package and organize products for transport and delivery Deliver ice cream products to store locations as needed Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards in production areas Track inventory usage and communicate restocking needs Assist with process improvements and operational efficiency Ensure consistency in product quality, texture, and presentation Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and stay self-motivated Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Ability to lift and transport containers and supplies regularly Comfortable working in cold environments and standing for extended periods Previous food production, kitchen, or inventory experience preferred Flexible schedule availability, including some mornings, evenings, or weekends as needed

Compensation & Schedule Hours:

30-40 hours per week
