Job Details:
This position pays $19.95 per hour. Candidates who have previously worked for Tyson Foods will have a minimum rehire waiting period of 90 days and are limited to 3 times of employment.

This facility operates six days a week and produces Corn Dogs.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Fryer Operator is responsible for operating production machinery that batters and cooks the corndogs for the Kitchen areas.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Interpret daily production schedule
- Operate assigned production equipment per product specifications
- Determine equipment adjustments and material requirements
- Compile and record production data and reports on volume of production
- Prepare equipment for production and test runs Perform troubleshooting and preventing maintenance
- Operate and observe equipment operation to detect work piece defects or equipment malfunction, and measure work piece dimensions to determine accuracy
- Record keeping and attention to detail
- Ensure work area is clean at all time
- Follow department standards
REQUIREMENTS
- Must have 3 Months of Machine Operator experience listed in job history
- Ability to push, pull, and lift 45 pounds repeatedly during shift
- Some areas require occasional lifting up to 70 pounds during Shift
- Must stand on hard concrete floors for up to 10 hours per day
- Must work in cold/hot temperatures ranging from 40-75 degrees on a routine basis
- Must work in wet and/or humid conditions, slippery floors in some areas.
- Repetitive bending, reaching, squatting, gripping, and pinching, climbing stairs and/or ladders
- Use of Personal Protective Equipment
- Position will require Lock-Out Tag-Out certification.
- Knowledge of basic food processing compliance, FDA, USDA, and EPA is preferred.
- Must be able to work overtime and weekends and other duties as assigned by Management.
