This role is ideal for candidates with backgrounds in meat processing, hunting, farming, or similar hands-on environments.
Schedule:
6:00 AM Monday-Friday (some Saturdays) 8 to 12 hour
Shift Responsibilities:
Break down carcasses into primal and sub-primal cuts Trim, portion, and prepare meat products Maintain quality, safety, and sanitation standards
Qualifications:
Strong knife skills required Experience in meat processing, butchery, or animal harvesting preferred Hunters or candidates with wild game or livestock processing experience encouraged to apply IND_tarponsprings
