Perform a variety of tasks in the food processing environment to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality operations. Responsibilities include preparing, handling, and packaging food products according to company and industry standards. Operate processing equipment and machinery, monitor production lines, and assist with loading and unloading materials. Follow strict safety and sanitation guidelines, clean work areas, and dispose of waste properly. Inspect products for quality and adherence to specifications, report any discrepancies or issues to supervisors, and help maintain accurate production records. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines, and communicate effectively regarding workflow and any equipment malfunctions. Participate in routine maintenance and troubleshooting of processing equipment as needed. Work standing, lifting, and moving materials throughout the shift in a fast-paced environment. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including the use of protective gear and compliance with food safety regulations. Maintain a positive work attitude and willingness to learn new tasks or processes as required. Previous experience in food processing or manufacturing environments is helpful but not required. Training will be provided.
