Production Manager Dragonfly is proud to be Utah's first fully vertically integrated cannabis company, meaning we hold licenses in cultivation, processing/extractions, and retail sales. Currently, we are searching for new team members to join our Cannabis Processing team to help our ever- expanding growth in the cannabis industry and our vision to empower patients.Production Agent Job Description:
The Production Agent works on the Production Team, assisting in the manufacturing of cannabis products under the guidance of the Production Team Lead. Key responsibilities include meeting production deadlines, promptly reporting equipment or product issues to the Production Lead, and ensuring rigorous quality control. Strong attention to detail and effective teamwork are essential for success in this role. Previous manufacturing experience is preferred, and familiarity with cannabis product manufacturing is a plus.Requirements:
- Valid state-issued government ID
- Ability to stand on your feet for long periods of time
- 21+ years of age
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must have reliable transportation In order to be hired must pass a background through the state.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Follow health and safety standards
- Maintain a clean workstation and production floor
- Must be able to adapt to various production methods
- Must be able to adjust techniques to maintain a steady pace and quality
- Work with a sense of urgency
- Follow production guidelines and specifications
- Finalize and package products
- Operating and maintaining machinery and production line equipment
- Monitoring the assembly line and removing faulty products
- Working on the production line and meeting production targets
- Reporting any issues to the lead & manager on duty
- Store goods and raw materials properly
- Performing other tasks as assigned
- Assist other departments as needed
- Clean and organize station and tools at the end of every shift
- Record all time worked accurately, promptly, and honestly
- Comply with company policies
- Perform daily destruction and waste outs
Skills & Qualifications:
- Be able to work well with others, as well as independently.
Punctuality:
Showing up on time and ready for work every day- Maintain a good standard of personal hygiene within processing center grounds
- Maintain focus, quality, and productivity while working
- Attention to detail Employee Progress Assessment During Training and throughout

Friday:
7AM- 3:30PM, 40-hour weekly commitmentExperience:
- Cannabis 1+ year (Preferred)
- Production 1+ year (Preferred)
- Working with packaging cannabis flower is a plus
