Job Description

Job Summary Barred Woods Maple is a maple producer located on 1300 acres in Belvidere, Vermont. We produce, package and sell maple syrup as well as a variety of maple products. We have immediate openings for several positions:
Sugarbush Woods Crew:
Install and maintain our maple sap collection system. Tap trees, repair leaks, and assist in the sugarhouse during the maple syrup production season. Outdoor, independent work on most days. Familiarity with the use of ATVs and chainsaws is desirable but not essential.
Sugarbush Woods Team Lead:
Lead a dynamic team in the installation, maintenance and operation of our sugarbush maple sap collection system. Oversee and conduct forestry work in our sugarbush in order to improve the overall health and resiliency of our forest.
Production Workers:
Fill, seal, and label bottles and containers. Operate commercial kitchen equipment to produce maple sugar, maple granola, and a variety of other maple products. Full time, year round positions. Prior experience desirable but not essential. Pay commensurate with experience.
Pay:
$20.00 - $34.00 per hour
