Duties Operate meat cutting equipment and knives to process various types of meat with precision and care Prepare meat products according to established recipes and specifications, ensuring consistency and quality Package finished products efficiently while maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards Assist in food preparation tasks within the kitchen or production area, supporting overall workflow Maintain proper food handling procedures to prevent contamination and ensure compliance with safety regulations Support customer service efforts by providing product information or assistance when needed Follow all food safety protocols, including proper sanitation, storage, and documentation of food handling activities Requirements Prior experience in food production, kitchen work, or the food industry is highly preferred Demonstrated knife skills and experience with meat cutting techniques Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Ability to operate packaging machinery and assist in food preparation tasks Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality control and cleanliness Excellent communication skills for teamwork and potential customer interactions Previous restaurant or culinary experience is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential This role is ideal for motivated individuals passionate about the food industry who thrive in energetic environments.
