We're a small, tight team building toward SQF certification and upgrading our production capabilities. We need a skilled and motivated production person to take primary responsibility for our bulk operations and serve as a key contributor on the line during scheduled production runs. This is a hands-on role in a hands-on environment. If you've run pumps, tanks, and fillers in a liquid food or beverage operation and you're the kind of person who writes things down, flags problems early, and doesn't need to be managed minute to minute — we want to talk.

Direct access to ownership — you won't be three managers removed from anyone who matters Compensation review at 6 months with a defined growth path Ground-floor position in a company actively investing in its next phase Duties Operate all bulk batching, blending, dumping, pumping, and bulk fill activities Follow and maintain batch records; document deviations accurately Support the retail production line as needed Maintain GMP compliance and participate in routine quality checks Experience 1-2 years of hands-on experience in liquid food or beverage manufacturing preferred — honey, syrup, sauce, condiment, brewery, dairy, or similar Familiarity with pump and filler operation Familiarity with basic sanitation/CIP procedures Ability to follow batch sheets and maintain accurate production documentation Food safety awareness; SQF or HACCP familiarity a plus, not required Comfortable working in a small team environment where roles flex day to day Able to lift 60+ lbs and be on your feet for extended periods

Pay:

$25.00 - $27.00 per hour
