Are you a motivated leader who enjoys working with people, driving results, and creating a great customer experience? Sossaman Auto Spa is seeking an Assistant Car Wash Manager to help lead daily operations, develop employees, and grow membership sales. Car wash management experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate with proven management and leadership experience from other industries. Responsibilities Assist with daily car wash operations Lead, coach, and motivate team members Drive membership sales and customer retention Ensure exceptional customer service Maintain safety and operational standards Handle employee training and accountability Assist with scheduling and staffing Monitor site appearance, cleanliness, and equipment performance Support the General Manager in achieving sales and operational goals Qualifications Previous management or leadership experience required Car wash experience preferred but not required Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment Sales experience is a plus Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including weekends Compensation Competitive pay based on experience Performance incentives and bonus opportunities Career growth opportunities Paid training Probationary Period All new Assistant Managers will complete a 30-90 day probationary period . During this time, performance, leadership ability, attendance, sales results, and overall job fit will be evaluated.
