The ideal candidate is bilingual, works well in a team environment, demonstrates strong problem-solving abilities, and maintains a professional and positive attitude. Key Responsibilities Assist the Manager with daily business operations and staff supervision. Communicate effectively with employees, customers, and management. Support team members and help maintain a productive work environment. Address operational challenges and resolve issues efficiently. Help coordinate schedules, assignments, and workflow. Ensure company policies and procedures are followed. Assist with training and onboarding new employees. Maintain accurate records and reports as required. Provide excellent customer service and represent Trooper USA professionally. Qualifications Bilingual (English and Spanish preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Reliable, punctual, and dependable. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Previous supervisory, leadership, or management experience preferred. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Clean criminal background record. Ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Requirements At least 3-5 years of relevant work experience. Experience in team leadership, operations, or customer service.
