✈We're Hiring at Worldwide Flight Services (WFS)! Part Time - Customer Service Agents (French & European Languages) - Los Angeles, CA ✈We're growing our team and seeking Customer Service Agents who are fluent in French or other European languages (e.g., German, Italian, Dutch, Spanish) to join us in Los Angeles, CA .

• MUST HAVE SCHEDULE FLEXBILITY. AS WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCOMODATE ANY SCHEDULE RESTRICTIONS DUE TO SHIFTS BEING ASSIGNED BASED ON SENIORITY.

What You'll Do:

• Provide passengers with a seamless check-in and boarding experience.
• Handle itinerary adjustments with discretion and professionalism.
• Ensure smooth gate operations, coordinating with flight crews for flawless departures.
• Uphold the highest standards of hospitality and service excellence.

What We're Looking For:

• Fluency in French or another European language (bonus if you speak more than one!)
• Excellent English communication skills
• Customer service experience (preferred but not required)
• A positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills
