Role Purpose The Wheelchair Agent is responsible for assisting passengers with mobility needs throughout the airport terminal in a safe, courteous, and professional manner. This role provides wheelchair transportation and customer support to ensure passengers receive timely assistance from check-in through boarding, connections, arrival, and baggage claim. What you will be doing Assist passengers requiring wheelchair or mobility assistance throughout the airport Transport passengers safely between ticket counters, security checkpoints, gates, baggage claim, and connecting flights Assist elderly passengers, individuals with disabilities, and travelers requiring special assistance Handle wheelchairs and mobility equipment safely and properly Coordinate with gate agents, airline staff, and airport personnel to ensure timely passenger assistance Assist with light baggage handling when necessary Perform other duties as requested

What we are looking for:
High school diploma or GED Must be 18 years of age or older Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
