Bus Aide | Monday-Friday | Full Benefits | Make a Difference Every Day Sacramento, CA | On-Site $17.00 - $18.75 per hour Great Benefits. No Weekends. Meaningful Work. Looking for a stable, full-time position where you can make a difference every day? UCP of Sacramento and Northern California is seeking a compassionate and dependable Bus Aide to help safely transport individuals with developmental disabilities to and from our programs. Monday-Friday schedule No nights, weekends, or major holidays Full benefits package Paid time off and paid holidays Supportive team environment Meaningful work that impacts lives every day What You'll Do Assist passengers with safely boarding and exiting vehicles. Ensure seatbelts and wheelchair tie-downs are properly secured. Monitor passenger safety and well-being during transportation. Help maintain a positive, respectful, and inclusive environment. Follow transportation safety procedures and emergency protocols. Complete required documentation and assist with vehicle cleanliness. What We're Looking Fo r High school diploma or equivalent. Valid California Driver's License (Class C or higher). Strong communication and customer service skills. Dependable, patient, and team-oriented. Experience working with individuals with disabilities, seniors, children, or in a caregiving/support role is preferred but not required. Physical Requirements This position requires assisting passengers, securing mobility equipment, and occasionally lifting or moving up to 30 pounds.
