Job Description

Art of the Dog Administrative Assistant Tasks and Responsibilities Job Description The Administrative Assistant is part of our Support Team. Our Support Team is responsible for answering phone calls and texts from dog owners looking for help with their pups and are responsible for organizing/managing our CRMs (customer relationship management software). Because of this, Our Support Team is usually the first interaction our clients have with Art of the Dog. A Support Team Member's skillset is diverse as they will be trained to be fluent in our CRMs and will be trained to understand the fundamentals of dog training and dog behavior. Finally, Support Team members must have a strong ability to be empathetic and connect with our potential clients as Support Team Members host consultations. Key Tasks and Responsibilities
    Hosting Consultations:
    Support Team Members host consultations where prospective clients will present problems they are encountering with their dog. The Support Team will help them navigate their struggles and will explain our programs and how we can help.
    • Making sure all Phone Calls and Leads are handled promptly and professionally.
    • Managing our
    CRMs:
    The Support Team will make sure that all lead follow up processes are carried out and completed daily and that all current clients are being communicated with on schedule.
    • Handling client payment during dropoff and after graduation.
    • The Support Team is responsible for the flow of dogs in and out of the academy. They control the scheduling of drop offs and pick ups and work with the Training Team to ensure that the academy doesn't overbook.
    • Keeping the Lobby Area cleaned and organized for drop offs.
    • Printing paperwork and preparing e collars, and feeding reports for incoming Board and Trains.
    • Ensuring all onboarding paperwork is handed in and in our systems.
    Wages $18.29/hr +commission Schedule Friday-Tuesdays 10:30-6:30
