  • What you'll be doing as a
Cruise Line Luggage Porter:
  • Passenger Greeting — Welcome guests curbside and provide basic guidance
  • Luggage Collection — Take bags from passengers, verify or attach cabin-number tags, and load them onto transport carts
  • Sorting & Transfer — Move luggage to the ship's loading area or terminal sorting zone for embarkation or disembarkation
  • Coordination With Crew — Work with cruise staff and port agents to ensure bags reach the correct destination
  • Guest Assistance — Provide directions, answer basic questions, and assist guests with mobility needs
  • Safety & Care — Handle bags carefully, monitor for damaged or suspicious items, and follow port safety rules
  • Disembarkation Support — Collect luggage placed outside staterooms, transport it to the terminal, and assist port agents during sorting Available shifts: Shift timings - 1st Shift (Day)
