The PAL must be highly customer service oriented and a positive representation of the customer. Responsibilities Customer service and investigating customer service issues. Assisting passengers with transition from curbside to the ticket counter(s), assisting with luggage, mobility, and wayfinding. Tracking and organizing all luggage carts. Assisting Administration with event set-ups, tours or other special events. Required to make routine terminal inspections of the restrooms, Military Hospitality Suite, and evaluate overall terminal condition. Reports all issues that needs to be addressed to proper directors. Provides patrons with positive feedback and overall exemplary customer experience. Performs other duties as assigned. Requirements High School Diploma or GED Three (3) years of customer service experience Interpersonal and customer service skills Written and verbal communication Ability to work in stressful situations Must be able to pass extensive background check Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications Our Commitment to
