Elevate the
Journey:
Passenger Service Agent (Multilingual focus) Are you a natural communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment? Do you believe that a journey is about more than just the destination? We are looking for vibrant, service-oriented Passenger Service Agents to join our team. At the heart of the airport, you'll be the face of our airline, ensuring every traveler feels welcomed and supported—regardless of what language they speak. We are specifically looking to grow our team with specialists fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, Spanish, Korean, or Polish to better serve our international flight corridors. What You'll Do As a Passenger Service Agent, you are the ultimate problem-solver and navigator.
Your day-to-day will involve:
The First Impression:
Managing the check-in process, verifying travel documents, and issuing boarding passes.
Gate Excellence:
Coordinating the boarding process, making clear announcements, and ensuring on-time departures. Bridge the
Gap:
Utilizing your language skills to assist international passengers with complex travel requirements, customs questions, or re-booking needs. The "Extra Mile": Assisting unaccompanied minors, passengers with disabilities, and VIP travelers with empathy and efficiency.
What We're Looking For Language Proficiency:
Fluency in English plus professional-level proficiency in at least one of the following: Mandarin Chinese, Cantonese, Spanish, Korean, or Polish.
Adaptability:
Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure (and with a smile!).
Flexibility:
The airport never sleeps. You should be comfortable working a variety of shifts, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
Tech-Savvy:
Quick to learn airline systems.
Authorization:
Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check and obtain necessary airport security credentials.

$19.10 per hour Expected hours: 25.0 - 30.0 per week
