Immediately Job Description Hopedale Public Schools is currently seeking dependable Spare Bus Monitors to assist in the safe transport of students to and from school.

• Active monitoring to manage student behavior, de-escalate conflicts, and ensure the center aisle remains clear.
• Assist students with limited mobility during boarding/exiting and lead emergency evacuations via rear doors and roof hatches if necessary.
• Conduct physical sweeps of the bus to ensure all students have exited and no equipment is damaged.
• Must be able to bend, kneel, and lift up to 40 lbs to secure floor-mounted equipment.
• Ability to redirect student behavior calmly while the vehicle is in motion.
