Immediately Job Description Bus Monitor for Students. Bus monitor must have positive experience working with both general education and special education students. The bus monitor must always be keenly aware of student safety on and off the bus and must be diligent in their care of students they are supervising. Bus monitors with CPR certification are preferred.
