Job Description

Webster Auto Sales is looking for a reliable and hardworking Used Car Dealership Lot Assistant /Assistant to the Used Car Manager to help with daily operations at our used car dealership in Webster, MA. This is a hands-on position for someone who is dependable, organized, and comfortable working around vehicles. The right person will help keep the lot clean, organized, and ready for customers.
Job Duties:
  • Move, park, and organize vehicles on the dealership lot
  • Keep cars clean, presentable, and ready for sale
  • Wash vehicles and help with basic detailing
  • Check vehicles for fuel, keys, plates, stickers, and general condition
  • Assist with customer vehicle pickups and drop-offs
  • Help take photos of vehicles for online listings when needed
  • Run errands related to the dealership, including parts, registrations, inspection stickers, and vehicle pickup/drop-off
  • Keep the lot, office area, and vehicle display area clean and professional
  • Help sales and management with daily dealership tasks
  • Report any vehicle damage, warning lights, or problems immediately
  • Assist Sales/Cars Input/Emails and Customer Calls
Sales/Customer Service/ Will Train Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Clean driving record preferred
  • Must be able to drive and park different types of vehicles
  • Must be reliable and show up on time
  • Must be able to work outdoors in different weather conditions
  • Basic knowledge of cars is helpful but not required
  • Basic Computer Skills
  • Must be able to follow instructions and work independently
  • Prior dealership, car wash, detailing, or auto lot experience is a plus

Self Motivated Schedule:
Full-time or part-time available. Schedule can be discussed based on experience and availability.
Starting pay:
Salary + Commission + Bonus/Motivated Individual Will Make Money.
Pay:
Up to $150,000.00 per year
