Job Description
Adventure Club Assistant Facilitator (Part-Time) Parkway-Rockwood Community Ed is a partnership between the Parkway and Rockwood school districts that provides programs to enhance the quality of life for residents in the areas of adult education & literacy, aquatics, art, enrichment, outdoor education, school-age care and sports & fitness. We are currently seeking a part-time Adventure Club Assistant Facilitator at various elementary schools across the Parkway and Rockwood school districts during the school year. The Adventure Club Assistant Facilitator is responsible for providing on-site supervision and staffing, creating an encouraging and safe environment for children. Part-time position during the school year (summer opportunities are available) Make a difference working with kids Trains staff on safety measures and positive interactions with children Implement activity plans developed by facilitator Communicates with parents clearly and effectively Ability to interact with children on their level Manage accountability of all children in attendance This position will begin in mid-August and after the board of education approves the candidate.
