Part-Time (4 hours per day)

Compensation:

$40.00 per day

Position Overview:

Uwharrie Charter Academy is seeking a reliable and responsible Bus Monitor to assist in ensuring the safety and well-being of students during daily transportation. This position plays a vital role in maintaining a positive and orderly environment on school buses.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise students while boarding, riding, and exiting the bus Ensure student safety at all times Assist the bus driver with maintaining appropriate student behavior Help enforce school transportation rules and procedures Provide support in emergency situations as needed

Qualifications:

Ability to work effectively with students of all ages Strong communication and interpersonal skills Dependable and punctual Prior experience working with children is preferred but not required

Schedule:

Approximately 4 hours per day (afternoon routes only) How to
