$18.00 - $22.00 / hour +

You will balance operational excellence with team leadership to ensure every vehicle leaves sparkling and every customer leaves smiling.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the

Crew:

Manage employee scheduling and provide on-the-ground coaching to keep the team motivated.

Drive Growth:

Actively sign up new members and explain the value of our unlimited wash packages.

Customer Champion:

Tackle questions and concerns with a professional, "can-do" attitude.

Site Excellence:

Maintain a safe, pristine, and high-functioning facility.

Operational Support:

Handle payments, manage throughput, and ensure the wash is running at peak performance. What We're Looking For The "Spark": You have a personality that can talk to anyone. You're friendly, enthusiastic, and reliable.
