School Bus Attendant (Millard,NE)

School Bus Attendant Millard, NE Zūm is calling for talent to join our team of passionate people, who are transforming student transportation. As a school bus attendant at Zūm, you will play a crucial role in ensuring student safety and maintaining a positive environment during school transportation. School bus attendants must be patient, attentive, and able to manage student behavior while supporting the bus driver's focus on safe vehicle operation.

Responsibilities:

Assist students with boarding and exiting the bus safely Monitor student behavior and maintain order during transit Support students with special needs, including operating wheelchair lifts Assist with emergency evacuations and safety procedures Communicate effectively with drivers, parents, and school staff

Requirements:

Minimum age: 21 years Valid driver's license/identification card/work authorization High school diploma or equivalent Ability to pass background checks and drug test Ability to work split shifts (AM/PM) daily Experience working with children (preferred)
