Job Description

Grand Island Special Education Summer School Schedule

  • August 14, 2026 Off-Island Summer School Schedules

  • August 14, 2026 July 13, 2026
  • August 21, 2026
Anticipated Work Location/Hours:
Jack Burns Transportation Center Approx:
6:45-9:30 AM (TBD)
  • and 2:00-4:30 PM (TBD)
  • Specific number of positions, dates, and run times are subject to change based on need.
Salary:
$20.75/hr per
SRP Contract Duties:
Ride school bus to assist with the handling of severely disabled students. Heavy lifting and bending required. Assist driver with other duties.
Qualifications:
Ability to work with severely disabled students in a positive manner. Position will be assigned per Section 3.9.2 of the SRP Contract. Must meet NY SED attendant requirements. Must be available ALL dates.
