Car Wash Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Help provide excellent customer service. Assist the manager in driving company sales initiatives and goals. Support and drive sales to achieve company goals Assist the manager in building an inspired team and in running the business. Supervise, lead, and coach team members throughout our daily operations. Achieve sales goals. Daily maintenance and cleaning Proper cash handling Inventory control Set and achieve daily sales and performance goals.

Qualifications:

Prior Sales Experience Prior supervisory experience Excellent customer service Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. You must have flexible availability, including weekends.
