Job Description
Looking for a job? Love working with children? Want to make a difference in a child's life? Orange County Transit LLC is hiring School Bus Monitors for our Walden location. Starting rate of pay is up to $17.50 per hour with a minimum guarantee of 5 hours per day. Bus Monitors assist the driver and students while on board the vehicle. In addition, they help during entering and exiting the vehicle. In this position you will be working with special needs children. Must be available to work a split shift AM and PM, Monday through Friday. Job Requirements Must be 21 years or older Ability to pass drug screening, physical and background check Need reliable transportation, your own car and license Desire to work with special needs children May be required to Secure a Wheelchair (part of our training program) If you are passionate about working with children, ensuring their safety, and creating a positive learning environment, we encourage you to apply for the position of Bus Monitor.
