Primary duties include:

Engaging with customers and developing relationships Enrolling and supporting Unlimited Wash Club members Opening and closing the site and overseeing daily operations Training Car Wash Attendants and Sales Associates Coaching and role-playing to teach sales techniques Monitoring and controlling labor percentages and wash maintenance Troubleshooting chemicals and completing daily, weekly, and monthly reports Enforcing company policies and maintaining the property's cleanliness and functionality Loading vehicles safely and efficiently, striving for customer satisfaction Requirements include: High School Diploma or equivalent Car Wash experience 2+ years of retail or sales leadership experience Basic computer and administrative skills Must be able to work weekends Physical demands include: Regular mobility and ability to handle equipment up to 50 pounds Frequent walking, standing, and working in non-climate-controlled environments and outside in all weather conditions.
