We are hiring a Car Wash/ Shop Helper to keep our operation running clean, fast, and organized every day. This is an entry-level role with a clear path to grow into a Rack Attack Inspection Tech role. This is for someone who Shows up on time and stays busy without being told Takes pride in a clean, organized workspace Wants to learn the automotive industry from the ground up Likes physical, active work — you will be on your feet all day What you'll do Wash and prep customer vehicles after service (This is your number one priority) Keep the shop floor swept and organized throughout the day Move vehicles in and out of bays as directed Support technicians and the Rack Attack team with QC checks Assist with parts staging and bay organization Complete daily shop cleanliness checklist What you are measured on Vehicle cleanliness: 100% pass on spot-check Shop cleanliness: 100% daily checklist completion QC assistance: ≥95% pass rate Reliability and consistency Requirements No experience required — we will train you Ability to work on your feet all day Valid driver's license Positive, team-first attitude Reliable transportation Not a fit if you Need constant supervision to stay on task Are not comfortable with physical, hands-on work Struggle with consistency or punctuality Hours Monday-Friday 1:00pm-6:00
PM Pay:
$16.00 - $19.00 per hour
