They support the site manager by training employees, managing inventory, maintaining site cleanliness, handling sales transactions, and addressing customer complaints. This role involves hands-on work in a fast-paced environment.

• Candidate must be minimally proficient in Word, Excel, and Basic Computer Skills in order to effectively meet reporting procedures.
• Candidate should have one year of management experience in a fast paced retail environment or a trade, or two years of experience in Car Wash Sales or Car Wash Supervisory Roles.
• Salaries will be negotiated upon offer of position and are commensurate with experience and ability.
• Basic mechanical understanding, ability to lead a team, and train new hires with a focus on procedural perfection are a must. Sales must be a strength for candidate to meet with a high level of success and personal growth.
• Job is 95% outdoors and on your feet, in motion.
