Express Exterior Car Wash Assistant Manager

Job Overview Company Profile We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Car Wash Leader to join our Kwik-N-Clean Car Wash. We are a family owned and operated Express Exterior wash with decades of experience in car washing and this is our first of three sites after starting back up after a 5 year hiatus. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers while ensuring their vehicles are cleaned, the tunnel is performing properly and the culture of your team reflects our commitment to them and the customer. You will work side by side with the General Manger and maintain a "How Can I help?" mentality when you both lead our team. You will receive bonuses based on performance and after initial milestones are reached, you will be financially rewarded for running an efficient location with a strong team around you. We always try to promote from within our team and opportunities abound for leaders who step up as we grow. Duties of an Assistant Wash Manager include: Greet customers warmly and assist them with their car wash needs with a smile Operate car wash equipment safely and efficiently. Perform thorough cleaning of vehicles, work area, Free Vacuums and wash equipment Continuously train, support and provide performance coaching for your team members Assist in scheduling weekly calendar to cover work shift, tunnel cleaning and monthly safety Work with others to promote sales, recuit/retrain team Members and actively engage in for continuous improvement Become well versed in all aspects of maintenance, chemistry and operations Provide recommendations for additional services based on customer needs and overall operational excellence. What We're Looking for: Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Experience in leadership and car washing preferred, but not absolutely required Maintain a "How Can I Help?" Mentality Commitment to getting a job done and clear communication skills when there are questions Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation Custodial experience is a plus, demonstrating an understanding of maintaining cleanliness in various settings.
