Job Description

JOB OBJECTIVE
To provide supervision, instruction, counseling, and coaching to participants in activities at therapeutic recreation summer camp program. For a complete list of essential job functions please click
HERE. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
: Ability to develop and implement programs and activities. Ability to assign and review the work activities of part time workers. Ability to develop and maintain event schedules. Ability to collect revenue and keep accurate records for the summer program. Ability to conduct interviews with applicants for the summer program.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Must be a college graduate. Must be at least 21 years old. Must have a valid Arkansas Driver's License. Must have at least two (2) years of supervisory or leadership experience. Must have at least one (1) year of paid experience (full-time or part-time) working with children.
