We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist who operates at an A-player level —someone who brings professionalism, urgency, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality to every patient interaction. This position is fast-paced, highly visible, and critical to the success of our team. Position Overview The Front Desk Receptionist is the first and last impression of Axis Spine and Sport. We are looking for someone who consistently delivers excellence—no exceptions. The ideal candidate is confident, organized, energetic, and committed to providing a top-tier patient experience while keeping the clinic running smoothly. Key Responsibilities Provide a warm, professional, high-energy greeting to every patient Manage check-in and check-out with accuracy and urgency Schedule and confirm appointments with strong attention to detail Process payments and manage patient account balances Handle phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries with professionalism Navigate and update patient records using ChiroTouch EHR Verify health insurance and assist with billing coordination Use Microsoft Excel and Slack for communication and reporting Maintain clinic flow, organization, and overall efficiency Support doctors, therapists, and team members as needed Qualifications We are only looking for candidates who meet high standards. Please apply only if you are confident in the following: Spanish (strongly preferred) Prior front desk or healthcare administrative experience (strongly preferred) Experience with Microsoft Excel Knowledge of insurance verification and billing (a plus) Fast, accurate multitasking skills in a busy environment Strong written and verbal communication Ability to learn quickly, take initiative, and anticipate needs Naturally positive, energetic personality that enjoys helping people If you prefer a slow pace, require constant supervision, or struggle with multitasking, this is not the right role.

PM Estimated Hours:
38-41 per week End times may vary based on patient flow and closing responsibilities.
