Job Description

We Are Seeking Team Gilbert has an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated professional to fill the position of Parks and Recreation Strategist . With every job we fill, our focus is on providing best-in-class service to our citizens while offering opportunities for professional growth in a rewarding, innovative work environment. This position works 10-18 hours per week, primarily remotely, with occasional in-person meetings. The Parks and Recreation Strategist reports to the Assistant Parks and Recreation Director . The primary job duties of this position include: Provides frequent Parks and Recreation data reporting to the department/organization, as needed. Evaluates, recommends, and implements improvements to existing processes and reporting Effectively communicates conclusions and recommendations based on data analysis findings. Knowledge of registration software systems such as Active Net.

Data analysis tools like Power BI; Knowledge of data and business functions and processes; Finding correlations and causation in data. Statistics, Standard Deviation, and Predictive Modeling
