Job Description

BeneFitness Adaptive Fitness Gym Front Desk Coordinator- Surprise, AZ $18.59 ph 7:45am-3:30pm Monday through Friday. What qualifications do you need?: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Suite products is necessary. Preferred 2 years of experience that could include: operating POS systems, greeting and directing members for scheduled activities. Gym experience a plus. HS Diploma or GED certification required. Must have proof of a negative TB test (within the last 6 months) and a Level 1 Fingerprint card. Must possess, or be able to obtain, current CPR, AED, and First Aid Certificates. (Benevilla will assist with the cost to obtain these). What will you be doing?: The BeneFitness Coordinator is responsible for delivering a welcoming, high-quality experience for members, caregivers, staff, and guests while supporting the daily operations of the BeneFitness program. This role serves as the primary point of contact for front desk activity, including member check-in, incoming calls, scheduling, tours, follow up outreach, prospective member conversion and tours. This position also maintains accurate data across systems, including CRM platforms, and is responsible for tracking and generating operational and membership reports. Working closely with the Director of BeneFitness and team, this role ensures smooth daily operations during peak hours, supports member engagement, and contributes to overall program success.
