Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate, energetic, and creative Activities Assistant to help enrich the lives of our residents. In this role, you will work alongside the Activities Director to plan and lead engaging activities that promote socialization, wellness, and enjoyment for residents. Responsibilities Plan and assist with daily activities, games, crafts, and special events. Encourage resident participation and engagement. Build positive relationships with residents and provide companionship. Support a fun, welcoming, and inclusive environment. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff. Qualifications Friendly, compassionate, and dependable. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience working with seniors is preferred but not required. Requirements Must be able to obtain a Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card upon hire.
