Job Description:

We are seeking dynamic, outgoing, and high-energy individuals to join our team as Beach Summer Camp Counselors at Aloha Beach Camp (based at Zuma Beach in Malibu). Aloha Beach Camp is a day camp program and is aquatic-based. Activities include swimming, boogie boarding, sports, games, surfing, boating, kayaking, and more. As a counselor, you will be responsible for the supervision and care of campers, ranging in age from 4 to 14. You will be a positive role model and leader, helping to create a fun and safe environment for all campers to enjoy. Staff must be at least 18 years of age and have prior experience working with kids. Strong swimming skills are a must.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Supervise and care for campers, including overseeing their daily activities and ensuring they have fun! Plan and lead activities, such as sports, games, and more Ensure the safety and well-being of all campers at all times Communicate effectively with campers, parents, and fellow staff members Participate in all camp-wide events and activities Attend staff meetings and training as required

Requirements:
