Job Description
```Duties```
- Assist in planning and implementing a variety of activities for residents in an assisted living facility
- Coordinate and facilitate social events, outings, and recreational activities
- Provide support and assistance to residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed
- Collaborate with the care team to develop individualized care plans for residents
- Engage residents in meaningful conversations and activities to promote socialization and mental stimulation
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents during activities ```Experience```
- Previous experience in event planning, social work, caregiving, or recreational therapy is preferred
- Familiarity with memory care and aging issues counseling is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Compassionate and patient demeanor when working with seniors
