  • Full-time The Program Coordinator will provide supervision to staff in the day to day operations of the rental group and family camp programs.
Responsibilities include supervision and managing programs.
SALARY RANGE
$27.00
  • $30.
00/hour Typical work week for this position is Thursday-Monday
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Supervise staff, recruit, train, coach, schedule, etc. Oversee a Program Area (ex: high ropes, target sports, aquatics) based on skills and experience. Assist the Program Director in planning and managing pre-camp and in-service staff training. Manage the inventory, restocking maintenance, organization, repair and cleanliness of all program equipment and supplies. Assist in program needs for Client Groups, Family Camps, and Weddings. Use established system for communication with other camp departments. Provides overnight on-call supervision as needed throughout the program. Maintain up to date contact information and availability for all group program staff. Participate in the Community Campaign; fundraising for the Y Other duties and responsibilities

Requirements:
Experience in a camp and/or conference setting Leadership and supervisory experience is preferred Strong organizational & communication skills CPR and First Aid certified (can be obtained upon hire) YMCA approved driver (can be obtained upon hire) Project management experience
