Memory Care Enrichment Coordinator-Full-Time | Sequoia Springs Senior Living - Fortuna, CA Make Every Day Meaningful. We're looking for a compassionate, energetic, and creative Memory Care Enrichment Coordinator to help lead our innovative Memory Care Engagement Program. This isn't your typical activities position—you'll create meaningful moments, build relationships, and help residents living with dementia experience purpose, joy, and connection every single day. You'll:

Lead engaging group activities using our Montessori-inspired Memory Care program Build meaningful one-on-one relationships with residents Encourage social interaction, movement, creativity, music, and cognitive engagement Prepare activity materials and create a fun, welcoming environment Help residents transition smoothly throughout the day, including calming pre-meal routines Observe resident participation and communicate important changes to the care team Document activities and resident engagement Work closely with caregivers to provide the best possible quality of life for every resident
